Question : Where is the background image located on Windows Mobile phones?

I have purchased a new phone and want to set my background image back to my old phone's, but I cannot find the image. The name (from the today page properties) is img022, a name that I cannot find anywherein the phone. I know that on XP there the selected background image in then copied and renamed to a folder. I just cannot find it in Widows Mobile, any ideas?

you mean the .tsk file.

The tsk file is the the Today theme. If you extract the files in there you will see 2 images in it. One for Landscape and portrait. look for all the .tsk files in the Windows Directory.
