Question : OWA and Windows Vista problems

I have a client that just upgraded to Windows Vista, since then they have had trouble with OWA. I am able to log them in and install the SSL Certificate but even after this happens when they try to create or reply to a message they are not able to type anything in the body of the message. A small red 'X" box appears. If I try another site that does not use SSL I am able to create and reply to messages without any problems. I though this was a ie 7 problem but I have a Windows XP workstation running IE 7 and I dont encounter any problems with the first OWA site that I mentioned so it has to be a setting with Vista. Any ideas?
