Hi there.
You are getting the above message because your hibernation data is corrupt (assuming you have enabled hibernation). This is covered in
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q294427/I would suggest selecting the option "Delete restoration data and proceed to system boot menu" that is shown. This will make your computer ignore the hibernation data and do a normal reboot. Now if you had documents that were unsaved etc, you will loose them but you should be able to get into your system.
I personally dont like hibernate because of this problem and also because there was one time when it corrupted my registry as well.
