Question : Windows 2000 Certificate Server Question. Using OWA for Exchange 2000, requesting a client "user" cert hangs on "downloading activex Control.."

W2k domain controller with exchange 2000 both have svc pack 3. I can't get my home computer to create a user certificate for SSL. When I go to the http://server/certsrv, I request user certificate but it hangs on "downloading active x control.." and pops up box saying page hasn't finished loading when i hit submit.
