Question : How to move a statement on an existing ACL on a ASA5550

Hi experts,

If I add another permit statement to an existing ACL on a ASA5550, how can I move it up? For example someone put in a deny statement at the end of the ACL. If I add another rule, it goes on the bottom and gets denied. How can I move it up?
May I get an example?

Answer : How to move a statement on an existing ACL on a ASA5550

Oh, what you want is the "LINE " option

i.e. access-list 100 line 20 extended permit tcp host eq 80

The line number places the statement in the ACL list at that line number.     Omitting a line number places the statement at the end.

Is that what you are looking for?
