Question : GlobalSecurityAccess settings in Presentation Server 4.0 WEB INTERFACE?

I need to change the old GlobalSecurityAccess setting to remove the popup when accessing local drives.  I want to set the local access to full control, never ask, but I can't find a setting for GlobalSecurityAccess in Web Interface.

Anyone know where to dig this up?
