Question : How can I forward email from a disabled account to more than 1 user
Our policy is that when a user leaves the company we disable their Active Driectory account and delete their mailbox off of Exchange server. Due to regulations we never delete a users account. Usually upon termination the employees manager is set to recieve the emails for that person. In this case I was asked to set it up so that 2 users would recieve emails designated for the terminated user. I can simply add the SMTP address to one users email address in Active Directory, but it will not allow me to add that email address to a second account. Any ideas how I can accomplish this?

create a distribution list, assign both managers as members of the list, add the smtp address to the group instead of to the individual manager. i'd then recommend that each manager set up a rule in their outlook to have messages sent to that dist list put in a separate folder so they can distinguish them easily from their other mail.
