Question : Join PC's to domain unattended

I need to create some instructions or a batch file that I can give to some administrators that dont have good technical skills to join agents laptops and pcs to their office domains. What would be a good way to do this? I searched on here and found ways to do this with netdom command but I keep receiving errors stating "force guest" enabled and not allowing Windows XP to be joinded to a domain?
