Question : how do i install rmagick at windows

i would like to install rmagick gem at windows.
i've downloaded "rmagick-win32" and install "ImageMagick" inside the package

Inside the package i found RMagick-1.14.1.tar.bz2, and unzip it.

and also there is a readme file how to install rmagick.

Below is what the readme file said:

De-compress the RMagick-1.14.1.tar.gz archive and enter the top directory. Then type:
$ ./configure
$ make
($ su)
$ make install
(optionally)
$ make clean

But i cannot follow above step since it's not working. If I'm not mistake those command above should run on unix or linux? Should I do anything at my "windows" before running above commands?

can't you simply use gem?
