Question : shortcut 'IBM Access Support.lnk'

This error message began just today. I was using the laptop all day yesterday, then shutdown and returned to working on my PC. Remembered I needed to do something else on the laptop, fired it up, and the error message is now popping up repeatedly, about every minute or so, and won't stop.

Answer : shortcut 'IBM Access Support.lnk'

I'm not sure why it keeps calling that link, but it's not a link you need.

It should be in Start -> Programs -> Thinkpad -> IBM Access Support.lnk

I'd suggest just deleting the link.  Can't reference anything if it's not there.

That should either end the problem, or give you a new error message which will tell you what's trying to run that link.
