Question : How do you disable auto email address populator in Outlook 2003

Hi,

    Someone had asked me this morning how to disable the auto-email populator in Outlook 2003?  This person works in thier email all day long and it becomes aggreviating to them when they are typing in a particular email address that Outlook will auto-populate what it thinks that email address is going to be.  How do you erase this from Outlook 2003 or totally turn it off?

Also, disable the option from Tools->Options->Email Options->Advanced Options->Suggest names.
