Question : C:\windows is 46 GB big ? HELP

I have a Windows XP laptop showing 46 GB space being use up in c:\windows folder. I have searched for files greater than 1 mb under c:\windows, including, subs, hidden and system files and the largest I get is 34 mb.

Something in there iis grabbing all the space.

Any ideas what may have happened or how I can find the offending file.
