Question : List folders from Windows Explorer in a word document

Hi.

I'm trying to list all the folders (and their subfolders) within a folder, and import the list into Word.
But I don't want the files to show. I tried to play around with both DIR and TREE inside the Command Prompt, but no luck.

All help is appreciated.
