Question : Can't Open Folder; Access Denied

When I try to open the all-important C:\Document and Settings folder in my Windows Vista Explorer, the following message appears: "C:\Document and Settings is not accessible. Access is denied." How can I gain access to this folder to which I had always had access before?

Vista changed where it stores those files to c:\users\ so what is in C:\Document and Settings? What are you looking for?
