Question : adding new user does not update global address list
|

I have a new client who has a server 2003 with exchange 2003. When adding a new user the default email addresses do not get created and the user does not show up in the global address list. I found this out because when I went to setup the outlook client it doesn't find the new account. Does any one know why this could be happening? I was able to create the email addresses manually and get connection through outlook web mail and do a test mail in and out. Does anyone know how I can create the user id in the global address list manually.
