Emails rejected by sbcglobal.net emailing from a SBS2003 exchange server
Email is setup in SBS2003 using DNS to route email, Use exchange> route directly to my server
I have domain with reverse lookup

That would explain it. You simply need to add authentication to that smtp connector.
