Question : Error updating public folder with free/busy information on virtual machine (0x80004005)

I am getting the following error in the Applciation Log on the Exchange 2007 server:

Error updating public folder with free/busy information on virtual machine SERVER1. The error number is 0x80004005.

When I transitioned from Exchange 2003 on SBS to Exchange 2007 (on a new box) I remember there was supposed to be something i was supposed to replicate, but I think i missed it.  Any ideas how to rectify this?
