Question : I can no longer access the SBS websites such as companyweb, owa, etc,

Hello, I'm at a loss.
Our 2003 SBS has been running fine. Twice in the last week, we lose ability to connect to the SBS websites, such as owa and companyweb. I checked all the services, nothing seems out of place. Server manager reports that the Websites are running. The only way I've been able to reactivate the websites is to restart the server.
Please help! thanks.
Also of note: Today the public store dismounted. I increased the storage limit in the registry, then remounted the store. Now Public Folders are accessible again.
