Question : Exchange Activesync not working.

I have Exchange 2003 running on Server 2003.
Exchange and OWA are running just fine.  I am using a certificate I created myself.
I am trying to get both RPC over HTTP and mobile devices running.
The mobile device is Windows Mobile v5.  I can sync fine with the local PC using ActiveSync.
I have setup the Exchange info on the mobile and have it set to use SSL.
Whenever I attempt to sync, I receive a support code 0x80072F17.

My priority is the mobile device, but thought this might be of use...
I cannot get RPC over HTTP to work, either.  It simply states the server is not available (0x8004011D) when I perform a Send/Receive.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
