Question : Cleaning Up Offline Files

I have a user that is running out of hard drive space, so I need to help him clean things up. I noticed the csc folder where all of the offline files are stored has about 8 folders w/ 2-3 GB in each. He is the only one using this notebook, so I need to find out which offline folders I can delete. If I delete the offline files using Windows Disk Cleanup, will that delete all the offline files, or just his? If I delete the offline files then re-sync. will it recreate the offline files?
