Question : 550 Unable to relay

I have an Exchange server with a primary domain: customer.com
I have created a new mailbox called shop1 where i catch the mail [email protected]. This works fine.
I then later created a new mailbox called shop2 where i catch the mail [email protected]. When i from the internet sends a mail to [email protected] it bounces back with:
"smtp.xxxxx.xxx #5.0.0 X-Postfix; host said: 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for [email protected] (in reply to RCPT TO command)".
I am positive that i did the DNS correctly, if i do a MX-lookup on company1 and company2 they show the same IP (my exchange server). And no matter from which mailaccount i send from, the answer is the same (coming from the sending mail server).
Im stuck!

Answer : 550 Unable to relay

Hi,

Have you created a recipient policy for the company2.com SMTP domain?
