Question : Need To Find GMAIL Account Owner

I need to find out the owner of a GMAIL account. How can I find out the owner of the gmail account. Can I contact google directly? Or is there a lookup process I can do? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Gmail does not have a user directory like Yahoo.  Google will not release a Gmail account owner personal info, including name, without a court order.
