Question : Exchange 5.7.1 error.  Rejected possible server

I keep getting an undeliverable mail (see below) when sending to a .co.za domain.  I can telnet to the smtp address and send an email fine.  But when I try to send through my Exchange (Small Business Server), it will not work  I tried from two seperate DNS servers and keep getting undeliverable messages back.  I tried from two seperate location and the same issue.  We are not blocked by any Spam lists either.

You do not have permission to send to this recipient.  For assistance, contact your system administrator.
