You would need to contact the owner of the domain.  If this is a large web-based domain, you will most likely be unable to get this information.

Under most circumstances, if the emails are abusive, you can email abuse@domainname to report the issue to the owner of the domain.

ie, if you were getting problematic emails from [email protected], you can email [email protected] to report the abuse.
