Question : ghost 11.5 suite 2.5 failure to make usb bootable disk

i am trying to make a bootable flash disk for network ghosting.
here are the steps i take.
0. PUT IN MY USB THUMB DRIVE
1. GHOST BOOT WIZARD
2. NETWORK BOOT PACKAGE
3. SELECT MY NDIS2 DRIVER
4. PUT IN MY IP ADDRESS
5. SELECT MY USB DISK  SANDISK CRUZER MINI 0.2 (32MB THUMB DRIVE)
6. THEN IT ASKS ME IF I WAN TO REFORMAT IT I CLICK YES
7. IT GIVES ME THE FOLLOWING ERROR.

 AN UNEXPECTED ERROR HAS OCCURED. PLEASE CHECK THAT THE TARGET IS NOT READ ONLY AND THE THERE IS ENOUGH SPACE ON DISK.

I HAVE UPDATED IT TO THE NEWEST VER.

There are a few different things here that people have done to make their flash drive bootable regardless of the size. Posts 38 and 46 list steps to accomplish this.
