I need to know what are the job requirements that I should list for the job (Online Marketing Manager). Basically I have multiple websites (online stores, selling software, online communities) and I need this person to manage them all from A to Z including but not limited to SEO, online communities development and management, PPC...etc.

Reqs: B.A. Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field. At least five years of marketing project management experience, with minimum of two years experience in online marketing or online media planning. Experience with ad serving/ad trafficking tools required. Marketing operations/production experience helpful. Solid understanding of marketing segmentation and targeting principles. Strong ability to interpret campaign results and make future recommendations based on complex data and analysis. Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with HTML, Java script and rich media formats. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills are essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, quick learner, results oriented individual. Proven team player comfortable working within highly matrixed, cross-functional teams. Solid understanding of web analytics tools, preferably Hitbox. Strong customer service and consumer focus skills. Proficient in Excel.
