Question : Permanent Failure: Other address status

I have a vendor with an @comcast.net email address, when he attempts to send anyone in my company (*@harlemfurniture.com) an email he receives an undeliverable email stating the following:
The following addresses had delivery problems:
.com> Permanent Failure: Other address status Delivery last attempted at Fri, 29 Apr 2005 15:15:50 -0000
I can send emails to him and he can send emails to other domains.
Any ideas??? Please help.

And it is now resolving for me. I was actually not getting a connection on port 53 to that server when I posted earlier.
Yes, comcast has also had some issues however they too are supposedly fixed. If you are able to get in touch with the user who is having trouble sending to your company, you might see if they can do an nslookup on his computer--if they are running Windows 2000 or XP, then the procedure is as follows:
at a command prompt, type the following nslookup set query=mx harlemfurniture.com
See if they can either copy and paste that data for you or take a screen shot. It would be interesting to know if they get an answer and if it is the correct answer.
