Question : meta refresh?!

is there a way to have this:

open index5.html in another frame or the _top frame (so it breaks up the frames around it)

cuz

let's say I have two rows frame..

and the bottom one has this in it (">) I'd like index5.html to load in only 1 frame that would take all the browser

Answer : meta refresh?!

Don't think so.  If you are trying to break it out of a frameset,
do it with scripting.  The scope of the meta tags is the page they
are on.
