Question : Office 2003 - Font size is too small when opening emails with Outlook 2003
I have several users within my company that have recently begun complaining that when they open email the font size is too small (45% on most I have looked at). My techs have tried changing the default size but the setting does not stick. Two of these users are roaming profile users but the rest are local desktop users. I have tried deleting the Normal.dot file and had success for one user but not the others. Does anyone know of a more permanent fix??
Thanks!
Answer : Office 2003 - Font size is too small when opening emails with Outlook 2003
I found that WORD is the email editor for outlook and that the zoom setting in WORD was not 100%. As soon as i changed that in WORD then my emails opened at 100%. thanks for trying to help though!
