Question : Excel Multiple IF and AVERAGE Calculation

Please see the attached file. Sheet1 Column AA is an IF/AVERAGE calculation that I am trying to do. What is wrong with the formula as the result is Zero?

=SUMPRODUCT(--($A$2:$A$2782=$N2),--($L$2:$L$2782=O$1),--($K$2:$K$2782))/SUMPRODUCT(--($A$2:$A$2782=$N$2),--($L$2:$L$2782=O$1))

so it can be copied down, pls see your updated file
