Question : Windows 2003 install, stuck on Windows Setup blue screen

Hello Experts,
I have a Dell PowerEdge 750 server that crashed after I uninstalled Acronis. So, decided to re-install Windows 2003. But cannot get pass the blue screen "windows setup" (setup is starting windows). It just sits there and has been in this state for a whole day. So, I ran a boot and nuke over the weekend. Then tried installing Windows 2003 again. But keeps getting stuck on the same screen.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

It sounds like you are having some kind of hardware malfunction.

Disconnect as as much as possible from your motherboard. try swapping out RAM and try to eliminate components.
