Question : Server shutdown itself

Hi Guys:
My server has shutdown itself twice today. I checked system event log and found 2 error messages.
1 says: the server service was unable to recreated the share\VPlogon because the C:\program files\SAV\logon no loger exists.
2 says: The Intel Alert Originator service terminated unexpectedly.  It has done this 1 time(s).  The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No action.

Any ideas or suggestions.? Thanks

                 *I meanend disabling, not enabling. But this is not a cool solution. Anyway I hope you sorted it out.
