Question : find duplicate FOLDERS

I trying to re-organize and delete old files in an attempt to have quicker access to what I need regularly. I have started with our pictures which we have placed all on in one handy folder. There are great tools out there for comparing even 'similar' pictures but because of the volumne of pictures, we aren't even ready for that stage. What I need first is a good DUPLICATE FINDER for FOLDERS instead of files. Something like the duplicate picture finder that could find similar folders based on the same approach would do fine.
