Question : How to print to 2 printers when a document is sent to one printer in windows XP?

I have a software that sends printing jobs to one printer only. I need to be able to print this to two printers to have duplicates everytime printer A receives a print job printer A and B print the same document.

We are using Windows XP, and the printers use different drivers.
