Question : How do I retrieve a lost contact entry from my contact folder

I accidently deleted one contact entry in my contacts list. Is there a way to retrieve this from a backup?  I am using the Exchange 2003 mailbox store for my e-mail.  I have backup tapes that have the database files on them available.  I just can't figureout how to go about getting the contacts folder from just my email box without disrupting the whole company?

Hi,

If you can't recover the item from your deleted items > Tools > Recover Deleted items options then you need to restore your mailbox backup to the Recovery Storage Group and then merge the contact or export it from the RSG back to your  mailbox.
