Question : Web content filtering devices ACVICE PLEASE!!

At my office our internal network is not connected to the internet. Im working towards getting it on line for the users who need it. Ive been researching diffrent web content filtering devices and Im leaning towards the Barracuda model 310. When I implemment this I dont want everyone to have internet access right away. Currently people who need internet have a seperate PC that connects to the internet. I want a device I configure per user name because everyone who works here will not neccesaraly have internet access. And I will have to do alot of moving data from there internet PC to the internal network PC. I have around a 100 users that will be accessing the internet once up and running.

Im courious which web content filters anyone else would recommend..
