Question : XP Sp3 causes Microsoft Remote Desktop ActiveX control to stop working

The MS link posted in the solution of the similar problem doesn`t exist anymore- I can`t find it anyway. The other solution that refers to NVidia drivers doesn`t comply with my case. Still have the problem that Remote Desktop ActiveX control can`t be installed: "remote desktop web connection activex control could not be installed". It is definitely a problem caused by Windows XP Service Pack 3, as I have it on more than one computer and it worked fine on all of them until Sp3 was installed. Help would be appreciated.
