Question : Macros not working properly in Excel sheet

We had a programmer that created several macros in an Accounting Excel file and there has not been any problems for about a year but over the last few weeks, the users have stated that some macros seemed not to be functioning completely as a total would not be added up or they could not insert a page break. The macros have not changed so could the file be corrupt or something different being entered that the macros cannot account for? We have tried to contact the original programmer to no avail. We would be willing to upload the file and any assistance offered would be greatly appreciated.

I think I might have gotten it. I compared that last worksheet that seemed to work right for the users and the current one and looked for any differences and in the new worksheet the users inserted about twenty extra rows in between the data and this appears to have thrown of the range. When I eliminate the extra rows and run the Macros I am getting totals. Have to verify with the users.
