Question : Table Filegroup and TextFilegroup difference between two of them

In SQL2000 table properties there are 2: Table filegroup & Text filegroup.. currently I reallocated my table Table to new filegroup so how about Text Filegoup? do I need to reallocate this one?  and what is the use of Text Filegroup?

High disk reads/write doesn't always mean IO problems.  Look at Windows Perfmon and see what your disk queuing looks like and what units the disk queuing is taking place on.  Then, with that information, you decide what needs to be moved.
You should also run index tuning wizard against your profile trace and see what the recommendations are.

Just because EVA storage has empty disks doesn't mean moving the data to them will help with the problem.
