Question : error loading pstprx.dll information service

I recently reloaded Office 97 after having Office 2000 on my Win98 computer for awhile. Now, when i try to open Outlook 97, I get this error: "Unable to open your default mail folders. An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured." and it won't let me open it at all. The other office components seem to be running fine.
I initially, just removed the Office 2000 components and reinstalled the 97. I got a ms099.dll error upon opening Outlook. So I uninstalled all components, restarted and installed Office 97 from scratch and started getting this new message. I never had problems opening Outlook 97 before installing Office 2000. I'm not very literate on dll files, do I don't have any idea where to start or what to do. I would appreciate any help you can offer.
I am also getting a "ms09.dll" error upon starting up. It says this required file was not found.
