Question : Changing email address

I am going to change my email address, as I get too much junk mail on my current on. I will continue to use that one when purchasing items on the web etc, but the new one for private use.

How do I go about this?  My current address is candkhamilton@..., and the proposed new one is picardy@....  I think that one is already registered with tiscali.  I would like to view the picardy emails from my Outlook, but somehow also have access to the other address to check from time to time that no important emails have come in.

Now that said, that doesn't mean you can't use it to buy things and register for services, etc... but posting it in forums and the like is a problem.  If you must, create a second address for JUST your friends and NEVER give it to anyone else.  Don't put it on a resume, etc... it's JUST for your friends (and family).
