Question : Creating Outlook template with signature

The users in my department use Outlook XP and 2003. They also use Outlook, not Word, as their email editor. I am trying to create a workgroup template that all users will be able to access. Here is what the message looks like:

     Dear Name,

Blah blah blah, yada yada yada.

Thank you for your time; we look forward to working with you in the future.

     Sincerely,

If the user has a signature, it puts it at the top of the email instead of under the word "Sincerely". How can I make the signature appear at the bottom of the email?

If you turn off your autosignature and run the .oft file, you'll see what the .oft file itself contains.

one of the SP's causes Outlook to insert an autosignature into custom form messages.
