Question : animated icons

Can I have animated icons on my desktop and if so, how do I do it?  I do NOT have MS PLUS!  I'm using a COMPAQ Presario 9240 w/ 16 MB of RAM.  I can see the animated icons w/ an icon viewer or when I click change icon and select it, but after I click apply it changes the desktop icon to the one selected but it isn't animated. What do I need to do?  Thanks!

Sorry but you can not have animated icons on your Desktop or in your folders. Win95 does not allow it. When you change an icon to an animated one it will be animated right up to you click ok at which point it 'dies' and becomes static.
