Question : IIS Problem

I have a database that runs in IIS....WHEN TRYING TO SAVE TO DATABASE I GET THE FOLLOWING:
Persits.PdfManager.1 error '800a002e'
IIS error Opening Output file failed: There is not enough space on the disk.
/credit-letter.asp, line 324

We have searched and have found nothing.....There is space available....198gb to be exact.

Need help soon...this stoping business
