Question : Change SQL2000 to backup to network drive
I have an SQL 2000 server and I have multiple databases and the maintenance plans run daily, some of them with transaction backups running hourly.
I want to change the location of the directory where the SQL server backups reside to a network drive.
I mapped the Z: drive, but when modifying the backup location I do not see the network drives.
How can i backup SQL2000 databases to a network drive ?
