Attached to this is a zip file. Inside is a text file named cnfnot32.txt. Download the zip, unzip it and change .txt to .exe and you might have the file your looking for.
There are several different files with the name cnfnot32.exe. However, I'm guessing you want the one from Microsoft associated with Outlook. It should be in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12 (or whatever version your running). and/or C:\Program Files\Common Files\SYSTEM\MSMAPI\1033\CNFNOT32.EXE and it can be located in several other places.
You should be able to download it from almost any PC with Office on it.
For what its worth, I don't think Outlook repair needs this file. This file is used to create (so I am told) ScanPST. Can I suggest you do a search on your PC for the file ScanPST.exe and then just place a shortcut on your desktop. (I am assuming that you have Outlook installed.
