Question : User not receiving all Exchange mail in Outlook 2007
Recently I had to restore from backup after my client's server failed. Everything is back to normal, except that one of my users is not receiving all his mail.
I have done the following:
- Removed Exchange attributes from mailbox (successful)
- Run Cleanup Agent on store (successful)
- Reconnected the mailbox (successful)
That did not help. However, unchecking "Use Cached Exchange Mode" did bring down some mail from earlier in the week. But there are still no messages from yesterday or today.
The user is able to send mail -- no problems there. Exchange is running on SBS 2003.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Steve
Answer : User not receiving all Exchange mail in Outlook 2007
Sounds like an issue with the mailbox
I would try export the mail from the users mail box.
Delete the mailbox
Create a new mailbox
Verify operation of new mailbox
If good import mail to new mailbox
Random Solutions
Exporting to excel and formatting the spreadsheet from VB
