Question : How can I capture a streaming video (done in Flash) to a local file?

In addition to my business, I am a student and we have to do a class presentation on a microbial disease.  One of the other students in class asked me how to put a link to a video from a Texas news station on Toxic Shock Syndrome in her Powerpoin presentation.

That part is easy.  The problem is that there is no wireless Internet connection in the particular building where we have to do the presentation.  The video is located at http://www.kvue.com/news/health/stories/030408kvuetssdeath-eh.1f984e02.html.  You can also click on that for a larger version of it.

I think this video is done in Flash.  I have a Mac and have the Adobe CS with Flash professional, although I have never used it.  Can I (and how would I) capture this video for her and save it to a local file so that she can insert a link to the local file and have the computer play it for her presentation?  I know there is some way to capture (or record) a video, but I just don't really know the specifics and I don't have time to figure this out.

I would appreciate your help.

If you are ONLY using the movie as an internal presentation for a non paying audience you can use copyright material without the owners permission. If this is the case you can either do as xakem says, a great bit of software for this is File Juicer. http://echoone.com/filejuicer/

Alternatively you can use a screen capturing app such as Snapz http://www.ambrosiasw.com/utilities/snapzprox/

which creates a Quicktime movie which can be converted into an flv.

or captivate
