Question : Make image stretch vertically

I realize this is probably trivial, however I am TOTALLY new to web development and could use some help.  I am trying to get a vertical image to automatically stretch to the bottom of the browser window.  How can I accomplish this?  I am using Dreamweaver and trying to embed the image in a layout cell.  I can get it to autostretch horizontally, but not vertically.

Try use the % in width?
