Question : Date and Time will not stay current

My date and time is always behind. Even though I change to reflect the current date and time - the next time I log in it will be several days ago and the wrong time.

3 possible solutions:
1. Check if your timezone is set correctly (in control panel > date and time).
2. Reboot your computer (instead of shutdown) and check if it's also wrong. If not, the CMOS battery is empty. This battery is located at your computer's motherboard. You can get a new one at every computer store for around $5
3. Use an application like NetTime or something else (google: "ntp client") to sync time at every startup.
